The HKDQTECH M30-B is a compact thermal imaging camera designed for electrical inspections, predictive maintenance, industrial troubleshooting, HVAC diagnostics, and general temperature monitoring applications. It connects directly to Android devices through a USB Type-C interface and provides real-time thermal imaging.

The M30-B is compatible with Android 9.0 and later devices that support USB Type-C OTG.
It is not officially compatible with iPhones (iOS).

2. What is the thermal image resolution?

Infrared resolution: 256 × 192 pixels.
This provides clear thermal images suitable for electrical, HVAC, mechanical, and building inspections.

3. What is the temperature measurement range?

The M30-B offers two measurement ranges:
-10°C to 150°C
0°C to 550°C

4. How accurate is the temperature measurement?

Accuracy: ±2°C or ±2% of the reading (whichever is greater).

5. What is the thermal sensitivity (NETD)?

<50 mK (@25°C), allowing it to detect small temperature differences.

6. Does it require a battery?

No. The M30-B is powered directly by your smartphone.
Power consumption is ≤380 mW, minimizing battery drain.

7. What is the minimum focusing distance?

Approximately 0.25 m (25 cm).
